Shipping Policy

Shipping Is Based On Order Value: (Kindly Note: Sale Orders Might Take Longer To Deliver)
  • Order Price R0 - R600 = Standard Shipping (Delivers At Your Door) = Shipping Cost R 98
  • Order Price R0 - R350 = Pudo Shipping (Delivers To Nearest Pudo Locker) = Shipping Cost R 59
  • Order Price R350 & Above = Free Pudo Shipping (Delivers To Nearest Pudo Locker) = Shipping Cost Free
  • Order Price R600 & Above = Free Standard Shipping (Delivers At Your Door) = Shipping Cost Free
  • Pickup Option Available  

Order processing takes between 1 to 5 business days. After order processing, delivery will take 3 to 5 business days.

Pudo Shipments Take Note: If you don't pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification sent to you with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest pudo Kiosk or Depot.

Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.

Tracking Your Order

Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.

Return Policy

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS OUR LASHES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR THE INCORRECT PRODUCT HAS BEEN DESPATCHED

When you receive your order please check if you are happy with your purchase. If a item is missing or defected please inform us within 24 hours after receiving. 

  • As our lashes are handmade there may be slight differences, although not very noticeable. This is not a fault.
  • Goods returned in an un-saleable condition,  i.e. worn/soiled/cut will not be accepted and returned immediately to sender.
  • Any application for a refund must be made within 7 days of delivery and a Returns Form will be issued,.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post.
